Returns and Exchange

Every order is handled on an individual basis. We initiate the construction procedure as soon as you purchase the item. Due to the nature of our small-scale business, the following are our policies for refunds.

⦁ Upon the purchase of an item, you approve of our policy.

⦁ All sales are final and refunds are not permitted.

1. All returns must be approved by us.

2. We only offer size exchanges on the same product purchased item(one time only). Returns are sent at your own expense.

3. All returns must be requested within the first 10 days of the delivery. We recommend following our size chart before placing an order to assure the correct size.

4. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags.

5. Custom orders are final. NO REFUND ON CUSTOM ORDERS.

6. Place the product in the original shipping box.

7. Items should be returned within the 14 days referred to above.

8. The customer is responsible for any damages caused to the product after delivery.
