Every order is handled on an individual basis. We initiate the construction procedure as soon as you purchase the item. Due to the nature of our small-scale business, the following are our policies for shipping.

⦁ Our products are made to order (with the exception of a few). Make sure to place your order with a time allowance.
⦁ The moment you make a purchase you receive a receipt. We contact you within the next 72 hours.
⦁ Our handcrafted designs require a procedure of steps that start as soon as an order is placed.
⦁ We take upto 6 weeks to deliver orders
⦁ We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
